HUABOOST is a Shanghai-based shared growth team for ecommerce and local businesses. One accountable lead and a team of specialists run Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, paid ads, content and local marketing for a fixed monthly fee, starting with a 90-day pilot.
What is a shared growth team?
A shared growth team gives you several marketing specialists through one monthly plan instead of hiring each one. You get a fixed number of specialist hours each month, coordinated by one lead who owns your priorities and reports results weekly.
Who is HUABOOST for?
Ecommerce brands, marketplace sellers, local businesses and manufacturers expanding to the US and Europe that already have a product people buy and want more growth without more headcount.
Who is HUABOOST not for?
Businesses without a product on sale yet, buyers who want guaranteed sales figures, and projects that need five or more channels on a small budget.
Pricing & contract
How much does HUABOOST cost?
Focused Task Pilot $699/month (10 hours), Growth Team $1,950/month (30 hours, up to 2 workstreams) and Growth Partner $3,490/month (60 hours, up to 3 workstreams). Each starts with a 90-day pilot. Ad spend and third-party costs are separate.
Is there a minimum contract?
The first 90 days are a pilot at a fixed monthly fee. After that, it is month to month with 30 days' notice.
Do I need to buy an audit first?
No. The 20-minute call and the 5-minute video review are free. A standalone growth audit ($99) exists for businesses that only want a diagnosis.
Is ad spend included?
No. You pay ad platforms directly from your own accounts. Our fee does not rise with your ad spend.
Do you offer performance-based pricing?
Optionally, from month 4 on Growth Partner, when sales data is reliable: a share of verified extra profit above a signed baseline, with a cap. The pilot itself is always a fixed fee.
Working together
How does a team in Shanghai work with my time zone?
You have one named lead who replies within one business day and holds a weekly call at a time that suits you. Work you approve during your day is often done by your next morning.
Do we keep ownership of our accounts and data?
Yes. Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Google and GA4 stay in your name. We work through user access you can remove at any time, and the pilot agreement states that accounts, content and data belong to you.
How do you protect brand quality?
Every deliverable is checked against your brand guide, copy for your market is reviewed by a fluent speaker, and nothing goes live without your approval during the pilot.
Who does the work?
Your scope names your lead and the roles involved, for example a media buyer, Shopify developer, designer or video editor. Hours are reported by task every week.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for research, drafts, analysis and reporting, which makes the team faster. People review every deliverable before you see it.
Can you communicate in Chinese?
Yes. Many clients have headquarters in China and teams abroad; we can work in Chinese and English.
Results
Do you guarantee results?
No honest team can guarantee sales. We commit to the work, to clear reporting and to a review at day 75, where you decide whether to continue, change or stop.
How do you measure success?
We agree baseline numbers in week one, then report weekly on the metrics tied to your goal, such as conversion rate, cost per order or bookings, plus the hours used.
What happens after the 90-day pilot?
You keep everything we built. You can continue month to month, change the scope, move to another plan or stop.
